T.L.I Associate, Actor Facilitator, Voice Specialist (B.R.A.V.E. SPEAKING) and Instructional Designer.

 Adrian completed his training as an actor at The Harkness Studio (Sydney) in 1987. He moved to the U.K where he based himself for 23 years, building an international career as an actor, director, producer, musical director, playwright, actor-trainer and voice coach. During this period he co-founded the award-winning theatre and training company, TaurusVoice, for which he fulfilled the role of Artistic Director and Training Director for 7 years. For 1 year he fulfilled the role of Interim Director for The Waldorf College Project, an experiential learning-based 6th form college. In 2012 he returned to Australia where he currently works in the fields of corporate and actor training. In addition to his work with Tailored Leadership Initiatives he holds the position of Voice Trainer for The Actors Workshop and A.C.P.A (Aboriginal Centre for the Performing Arts),works as a facilitator for N.I.D.A Corporate and Yellow Lantern (public speaking for kids) and regularly travels to China where he works as a voice coach in the education sector. He also maintains a private voice-coaching practice (B.R.A.V.E. SPEAKING) and works as a mentor for people with a disability, coaching them in presentation, communication and other life-skills. Adrian is known for his ability to combine a depth of knowledge and experience in voice and communication with a thorough and energetic methodology of teaching that makes learning efficient and fun. His aim is to help people improve their professional and personal lives through being better communicators.He has an ability to recognize and build on people’s strengths at the same time as challenging and coaching people towards optimum levels of performance. His interest in the voice and in language inspires him to be in a continuous process of professional development through maintaining a regular voice practice, researching, attending relevant trainings, sharing expertise with colleagues and through continuing to learn from his main teachers – his students and clients.
