We recently had Paul come to present to our people on various aspects of leadership, particularly in the area of managing yourself through change and for others; selfawareness and accountability. What impressed about Paul’s approach was the time he took at the beginning of the assignment to speak with me and members of our Leadership Team to understand the key learning outcomes for our half-day session. Paul designed a half-day session which brought all the elements together effectively and was able to deliver the session to our group of 40 Relationship Managers. The session provided instruction, skills and an opportunity for some work within the team to develop skills. The feedback from our people on the quality and professionalism of Paul’s session was excellent and we would not hesitate to engage Paul again in the future.
