Dear Paul,

RE: 2010 State Crime Operations Command Administration Officer’s Conference
I am aware that you recently delivered a tailored session in relation to change
management at the State Crime Operations Command Administration Officers
conference held at Police headquarters on 8 November and 15 November 2010. The
conference titled ‘if it is to be, it is up to me’ focused on accountability, ownership,
pro-activity, change and self-awareness.

A subsequent evaluation of the conference conducted by Ms Cassandra Buckingham has
shown that your session was conducted in a professional manner and was well received
by all who attended. In particular, participants indicated they gained a good
understanding of change management and the use of the circle of influence model to
determine issues or concerns within their control and would implement the strategies
suggested to proactively deal with change.

Below are some of the comments received from those who attended the conference on
the offered dates:

  • Great dynamic speaker – very entertaining
  • Very animated – great to listen to
  • Great session, lots of information, valuable insights
  • Excellent presenter, great presence and very interesting
  • The principles put forward were perfectly suitable for professional and personal
  • Well presented and well paced
  • Engaging, entertaining and informative

On behalf of the State Crime Operations Command, I would like to take this opportunity
to thank you for your time and expertise in providing tailored professional development
to our staff members.

Yours sincerely,

MD Norris
